Since 2010 the Arts R Alive Sculpture Committee has proudly showcased sculptures created by both local artists and artists from all over the United States in Webster City's West Twin Park.  Each year the committee volunteers their time to continue its mission of enriching the cultural interests of the city, region, and state by promoting public art through sculpture.
