Communications Specialist

Midwest Pano, LLC is a Google-Certified Photography agency that provides businesses with a unique internet marketing tool; virtual walkthrough tours. We use cutting-edge technology to provide an interactive experience to internet users.

We seek a confident, personable, and motivated individual to join our Communications Team at a critical time in our company’s history.

Your primary responsibilities would be to conduct phone calls and connect with clients to provide qualified appointments for our Account Executive Team, respond to emails and social media communications from interested clients, and conduct successful personal communication campaigns.

Our ideal candidate must be willing to learn new communication skills, be organized, and have a positive attitude. Excellent communication skills and charisma are essential to be successful in this position. This candidate must be willing to develop personal and professional skills in their job. 

The ultimate goal is to formulate successful relationships with our clients to then hand over to our Account Executives to grow them further. This position has multiple opportunities for career growth, including sales, management, or marketing.

Responsibilities

-Perform daily phone calls

-Communicate with clients in an effective and timely manner

-Meet independent daily, weekly, and monthly appointment goals

-Work with your team to accomplish department and company goals

Skills

-Have at least 2 years of customer service experience

-Have at least 1-2 years of phone experience & appointment setting

-We are willing to train a candidate with limited experience with college aptitude.

-Outstanding knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.), Calendly, & CRM software

-Organizational skills

-Excellent communication skills and customer service acumen

Education

-High School Diploma or Equivalent work experience

-Associate’s Degree or Equivalent work experience

-BS or BA in Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or Marketing or Equivalent work experience

-We are willing to take on college students who need an internship for graduation requirements.

Salary Range: $40,500 - $47,520
