Branch Manager

Job Location:  Peoples Credit Union

    310 First Street, Webster City, IA 50595


Reports to:      CEO/President

Role:  This position supports the daily operation of the office by providing leadership, training, coaching, and supervision to all branch staff. This position will require business development skills, community involvement, and networking abilities to grow and expand the branch and the credit union.  

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Evaluate and manage staff performance to include coaching, counseling and discipline
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection of office staff
  • Organize orientation and training of new staff members
  • Coordinate schedules and set staff goals and objectives
  • Oversee adherence to office policies and procedures by all staff
  • Implement procedural and policy changes as directed by supervisor
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and notify appropriate staff for re-ordering
  • Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of members’ data
  • Train and assist in handling of member inquiries and complaints
  • Go the “extra mile” to build trust, satisfaction and member loyalty
  • Manage internal staff relations by fostering a positive, safe, and secure working environment
  • Develop and maintain community relationships

  • Monday to Friday, rotating Saturdays
