The Webster City Area Chamber of Commerce is thrilled to participate in the upcoming Travel Iowa Marketplace, an exceptional opportunity to showcase your business to a variety of tour planners, including bank clubs, senior groups, motorcoach companies, and church groups! This trade show, hosted by Central Iowa Tourism, offers a unique platform to promote your venue, merchandise, or experiences to organized travel groups. Why participate? Proven success: 100% of tour planners from previous years have indicated they would include a destination or activity from the marketplace in future tours. New opportunities: 32% of attendees in 2023 were first-time visitors, providing fresh exposure. Strategic partnerships: Webster City Area Chamber of Commerce and Hamilton County Development are teaming up to host a booth, and we’d love for you to join us! What we provide: Booth staffing by Chamber personnel Creation of marketing materials designed for tour groups Booth setup, display, and transportation to the event This is a fantastic and affordable way to spotlight your offerings to key decision-makers in the travel industry. We believe this could be a great avenue for growth and visibility for your business. Your contribution: We invite you to be part of this exciting opportunity! The cost to participate is just $50, thanks to partial funding from Hamilton County Development. We also ask that you provide materials or props for the display, all of which will be returned after the event.
