Wilcox Nature Trail Hike

Date: Saturday May 11, 2024 Time: 10:00am-11:00 am Location: Little Wall Lake Park, 3540 Little Wall Lake Road, Jewell, IA Meet at Oak Hill Parking Lot located just past the log cabins. We will meet for a brief discussion on the history of Little Wall Lake and then walk the Wilcox Nature Trail that connects the north side to the south side of the lake. On the hike we will observe some undisturbed glacial rock shoreline, wild flowers, trees, animal tracks, and wildlife. This program is for all ages of people who enjoy hiking in the outdoors.
