Market Night in a Box Offers Fresh, Local Goodies with a Convenient Twist
Chamber Program Supports Vendors, Fights Food Insecurity, and Builds Community
Webster City, IA — The Webster City Area Chamber of Commerce is proud to offer a delicious and community-focused way to enjoy Market Nights this summer with its innovative Market Night in a Box program.
Each week, a limited number of pre-packed boxes are filled with fresh, locally grown and made products, including seasonal produce, homemade sourdough bread, and locally harvested honey. All items are sourced from vendors who participate in Webster City Market Nights, ensuring that each purchase supports small, local producers.
Boxes are available by pre-order only, beginning each Friday around noon and remaining open until Tuesday at 8:00 AM — or until sold out. Each box is $25 and can be picked up on Thursday evenings from 6:00–7:45 PM in the Chamber office located at 628 Second Street, during Market Nights in downtown Webster City.
"This is a great way for families to bring home a taste of Market Night and support our incredible local growers and makers," said Robin Streigle, Webster City Area Chamber office and event support.
The program wouldn’t be possible without the dedicated volunteers who help organize, sort, and distribute the boxes each week. A special thanks goes to:

The Webster City Area Chamber of Commerce encourages residents and visitors alike to take part in this growing program — whether by purchasing a box, volunteering, or simply spreading the word. Market Nights are held every Thursday evening in downtown Webster City from 5:30-7:30PM, featuring live music, food trucks, local vendors, family-friendly activities, and now — the added benefit of Market Night in a Box.
