Honoring Our Heroes: Veterans Tribute Tour at JunqueFest 2025

As we prepare for another exciting JunqueFest in downtown Webster City, we’re proud to introduce a meaningful new addition to this year’s event — the Veterans Tribute Tour.

This special display is a heartfelt tribute to the brave men and women who have served our country, and it will be on full display throughout downtown during JunqueFest on Saturday, May 24, 2025 — Memorial Day weekend.

A Walkable Tribute Through Downtown

The Veterans Tribute Tour will feature personalized memorials in the windows of participating downtown businesses, creating a walkable route filled with stories of courage, sacrifice, and service. Each tribute includes a photo and brief details about a veterans' military service, submitted by local families in honor of their loved ones.

Whether you’re visiting JunqueFest to shop, eat, or enjoy the entertainment, we invite you to take a few moments to walk the tribute route. It's a quiet, powerful way to reflect and show gratitude during Memorial Day weekend.

Submit a Tribute

We warmly invite families of veterans to participate by submitting a tribute for display. There is no cost to be included in the Veterans Tribute Tour.

To participate:

• Send a photo and brief military service information

• Or drop off a paper submission at the Chamber Office:

• Printed photos can be scanned at the Chamber office if needed

Whether your loved one served in decades past or more recently, we would be honored to include their story in this community tribute.
