Build Your Own Terrarium Workshop – A Hands-On Experience in Nature!

If you’ve ever wanted to create your own miniature garden, now is your chance! Join us for a Build Your Own Terrarium Workshop on Saturday, April 12, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hamilton County Conservation Office, 2490 Briggs Woods Trail, Webster City, IA.

This hands-on workshop, hosted in partnership with the Hamilton County Conservation Board and the Iowa State Extension and Outreach Office of Webster City, will guide participants through the process of crafting their own self-sustaining terrariums.

For a $20.00 registration fee, participants will receive all the materials needed, including a glass container, gravel, soil, moss, rocks, plants, and sticks. Attendees are also welcome to bring small decorative items to personalize their creations. Experts will provide step-by-step instructions, ensuring everyone leaves with a unique and thriving terrarium.
