February Third Thursday Coffee with Kading Properties (at City Hall)

A big thank you to Kading Properties for hosting Third Thursday Coffee in February!

We had a great turnout, making for a lively and engaging morning of networking and conversation. One of the highlights was hearing from Chace Hauschilt, who shared a powerpoint presentation on Kading Properties' $28M plans to break ground later this Summer for Wilson Estates (North of Wall St. and West of Lynx Ave.). He also shared floor plans for the roughly 216 townhomes spanning 26 acres, each with an attached garage. Kading Properties will provide amenities like lawncare, snow removal, and maintenance for future residents.

The Chamber had updates as well. The Christmas In The City event this year will occur on Black Friday and Small Business Saturday to help support our local businesses.
