The Webster City Area Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce a ribbon cutting ceremony at Happily Homemade’s new location, 536 Second Street, on Thursday, September 5th at Noon. For their special grand opening, the store will be offering Mystery Surprise Discounts for 3 days, Thursday, October 5th – Saturday, October 7th. Local sisters, Katie and Tracey, enjoy crafting handmade treasures complemented in store with vintage finds, thrifted gems, and resale items. Both families recently became residents of Webster City. The pair joined us at JunqueFest in Webster City for the past 2 years and continued to open up a storefront. This is the second location for the family business. The new location offers a much larger footprint and inventory assortment along with small furniture and apparel selection. The pair also plans to start accepting consignment for their highly curated assortment. As a special partnership with the The Cat Hut, Happily Homemade will be offering a large handcrafted sign as a raffle item, with all proceeds benefiting the local Trap-Neuter- Return organization. Additionally, as cat lovers themselves, Happily Homemade will always donate a portion of pet-related sales to the local cat rescue organization. Happily Homemade offers a weekly drawing giving customers a chance to win prizes and store credit. Following the grand opening, the store will be open regularly Wednesday through Friday 12 to 4 and Saturday 10-4. Custom orders are accepted.
