Pricing for Webster City Market Nights- weekly fee - $15.00

This option allows community members to attend Webster City Market Night each week without committing to a specific number of markets. Available spots will be on a first-come, first-served basis in non-assigned spots for the season. Please let us know what weeks you are coming to join us for Webster City Market Nights.

The Webster City Area Chamber Member Season Pass is designed for committed small business owners who plan to participate in at least 10 of the 12 weeks of Webster City Market Night. With this pass, you will secure the same premium placement each week and gain the opportunity to have your business featured on a Market Night Facebook Live, making it the perfect choice for those looking to strengthen their brand and make a lasting impact in the community. This is a one-time sign up. If you are going to miss a week or two, please let me know via email the Wednesday prior to Market Nights and we will have someone fill your spot for the week. If you miss 3 Markets or more, you will lose your preferred location and will be billed pro-rated accordingly.

Food Truck Weekly Rate Option(Can choose and pay the number of nights attending)

Food Truck Weekly Rate Option - $45.00

Market Night Food Vendors pay a weekly fee of $45 and are included in a rotating schedule. Please email us at [email protected] with your availability, and we will confirm the weeks you can participate before making any payment. This will be a weekly sign-up for the food trucks joining us.

This category is for non-profits, informational booths, or young entrepreneur child vendors. The weekly fee for participation is $10, offering an affordable way to engage with the community and showcase your mission or products. Season Pass for Non-Profit/informational or young entrepreneurs - $30.00

This category is for nonprofits, informational booths, or young entrepreneur child vendors. This is a summer pass offering an affordable way to engage with the community and showcase your mission or products. You will be in the first come, first serve area of the Market and will not have an assigned place. Please sign up the weeks you are coming for join us for Webster City Market Nights.

* Market Nights Vendor Guidelines Applications: Submit completed forms to the Webster City Area Chamber of Commerce via website or paper copy. Vendor Stall: Stalls are 10’x10’. Displays should fully utilize the space, look inviting, and include clearly labeled prices. Set-Up/Take-Down: • Set-Up: Unload from 4–5 PM. Vehicles must be moved by 5 PM. • Market Hours: Sales start at 5:30 PM but ask vendors to be ready by 5 and final sales must be at 8 PM. Vendors arriving late may be reassigned to alternate spaces. • Take-Down: Vehicles may return after 7:30 PM once barricades are removed and pedestrian areas are cleared by Chamber a Chamber employee. Equipment & Supplies: Vendors are responsible for providing all necessary equipment, including tables, chairs, bags, and generators if electricity is needed. Baked goods must be covered and off the ground and follow all laws and regulations by the State of Iowa Cleanliness: Keep stalls tidy during the market and clean up completely afterward. Prohibited Items & Behavior: • No auction items, live animal sales, firearms, outside alcohol, drugs, smoking, or pets (except service animals). • Vendors must comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including permits for items like meat, eggs, and honey. Music & Generators: • Music should remain within your booth and at a reasonable volume. • Generators must be under 70 decibels and placed away from pedestrian areas. Weather Policy The Market committee is in constant communication with local authorities and takes the safety of our vendors and patrons seriously. The market may close for severe weather (e.g., storms, high winds). Decisions will be made by noon on the market day, and vendors will be notified via email. Vendors may pack up products early for safety but must wait until the market closes to bring in vehicles. No refunds or rescheduled dates will be provided. Liability and Insurance • Vendors must maintain liability insurance of at least $100,000 per occurrence and $300,000 aggregate, naming the Webster City Chamber and City of Webster City as additional insured. Proof of insurance may be requested. • Vendors agree to hold harmless the City of Webster City, Webster City Area Chamber of Commerce, and Webster City Market Nights, the musicians, sponsors, employees or volunteers for any claims arising from voluntary participation at Webster City Market Nights for any personal injury, loss and damages to him/herself or any property losses or damages of any nature suffered by any person involved. • Vendors are responsible for obtaining any licenses for hazardous food products and meeting State safety guidelines. Agreement of Compliance By signing below, you agree to: • Follow all market rules and regulations. • Accept liability for injuries or damage caused by your booth or products. • Represent your products accurately. The Webster City Market Nights reserves the right to amend rules as needed. City of Webster City and/or Chamber reserve the right to revoke vendor privileges at any time. * Barricade Access & Compliance Policy Vendors acknowledge and agree that barricades for Webster City Market Nights are controlled exclusively by Chamber staff or designated City personnel. Vendors must wait for Chamber employees to open barricades before entering the Market area for both set-up and tear-down. Vendors may not move, bypass, or enter through barricades without authorization. Failure to comply with this policy will result in immediate dismissal from Market Night vendor participation, and vendors will forfeit the right to participate in future Market Nights at the discretion of the Webster City Area Chamber of Commerce. By signing this agreement, the vendor confirms understanding of and agreement to this policy.
