Hamilton County Conservation Maple Syrup Making & Fundraiser Breakfast
Get ready for a delicious morning of pancakes, maple syrup, and community fun at the Maple Syrup Making & Fundraiser Breakfast! Join us on Saturday, March 15, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Brigg’s Golf Course Clubhouse (2501 Briggs Woods Trail, Webster City, IA) for a special breakfast fundraiser supporting local environmental education.
Attendees will enjoy a classic pancake and maple syrup breakfast for just $15 per person, with children 10 and under eating free. Payments can be made at the cash register upon arrival. Proceeds from the event will go towards purchasing new snowshoes and a snowshoe rack to enhance outdoor learning experiences in the community’s environmental education program.
In addition to the delicious breakfast, guests will have the opportunity to visit an outdoor maple tree tapping and maple syrup cooking station just outside the clubhouse. This hands-on experience will showcase the fascinating process of making maple syrup, from tree to table.
To help organizers prepare enough food, attendees are encouraged to register in advance at www.mycountyparks.com. For questions, please contact John Laird at 515-297-0423.
Don’t miss this chance to enjoy a hearty breakfast while supporting a great cause! Come hungry and leave with a newfound appreciation for the art of maple syrup making.
