I have banked with first state bank of Webster city since my husband and I got together back in 2012, we’ve been utilizing the online banking system more and more lately, but sometimes questions arise and I have had to have a few phone calls with Katie Kempter and each times she’s been an amazing help, always so friendly when talking to and if she doesn’t know the answer she always gets it for me!
