Ladies Night Out

Prohibited Items & Behavior: • No auction items, live animal sales, firearms, outside alcohol, drugs, smoking, or pets (except service animals). • Vendors must comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including permits for items like meat, eggs, and honey. Music & Generators: • Music should remain within your booth and at a reasonable volume. • Generators must be under 70 decibels and placed away from pedestrian areas  Liability and Insurance • Vendors must maintain liability insurance of at least $100,000 per occurrence and $300,000 aggregate, naming the Webster City Area Association of Business and Industry and City of Webster City as additional insured. Proof of insurance may be requested. • Vendors agree to hold harmless the City of Webster City, Webster City Association of Business & Industry, musicians, sponsors, employees or volunteers for any claims arising from voluntary participation at Ladies Night Out for any personal injury, loss and damages to him/herself or any property losses or damages of any nature suffered by any person involved. • Vendors are responsible for obtaining any licenses for hazardous food products and meeting State safety guidelines.  Accept liability for injuries or damage caused by your booth or products. • Represent your products accurately. The Webster City Association of Business & Industry reserves the right to amend rules as needed. City of Webster City and/or Webster City Association of Business & Industry reserve the right to revoke vendor privileges at any time.  Should that decision be based on rules violations no refund will be considered on vendor fees.
