Briggs Woods Park Hosts Annual Trick-or-Treat Event

Get ready for a day full of Halloween fun at Briggs Woods Park on Saturday, October 18, 2025! Families, friends, and community members are invited to enjoy a spooktacular celebration with trick-or-treating, hayrides, games, and more.

Event Schedule:

·         2:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Sensory/Special Needs Campgrounds Trick-or-Treating

·         4:00 PM – 7:00 PM: Campgrounds Trick-or-Treating throughout Briggs Woods Park

·         4:00 PM – 7:00 PM: Hayrides begin at the Beach Parking Lot and travel to the campgrounds

·         4:00 PM – 7:00 PM: Kids Games at the Beach Shelter Area

·         4:00 PM – 7:00 PM: Meal at the Beach Shelter by Webster City Church of Christ

Participants are encouraged to bring their campers and decorate their campsites ahead of time, as awards will be given for the two best-decorated sites. Visitors can enjoy people mover rides, trick-or-treating through the campgrounds, and a variety of kids’ games near the Beach Shelter.

Parking & Accessibility: Park at the Beach Parking Lot to start and either walk or take a people mover ride to the activities.

This family-friendly event offers something for everyone and provides a safe, fun environment for children and adults alike.
